Another way to hide the sewed mark on back pattern without checking off "Fold Rendering" menu.

Although you've unchecked "Fold Rendering" menu of internal line, if you reduce Particle Distance of jacket, the sewed mark could show. In this case, you can minimize this mark by shortening the internal line on back pattern.
