I think they need to be careful of what they are doing. 

They should not have included that statement in the license agreement before the marketplace was ready  to go.

I was careful, cause i took a screenshot of the license cause that´s what i clicked ok for.

No one, not any company at all shall try to fool me, and i don´t care if they are in the USA, in GB, in Germany, Korea or where ever.

There are always international lawyers with the permission to take cases all over the world.

Simple as that!

I´m new... i try the demo version and now i can say:

Marvelous Designer it´s FANTASTIC!!

I wanted to buy a personal license, but after reading the contract terms, I gave up.

I find it absurd that if I want to sell my 3D work I am obliged to pay $699!

why not change the contract terms?

I make a proposal:

Personal license should only be used by one person (in contrast to "Small businnes" and "Enterprise"), is allowed to sell 3D models on condition that the price does not exceed $5 and that the purchaser of our models have a personal use of these models.

Many people would buy the license at a cost of $ 199, but many give up because of contractual terms. and few people spend $ 700 and then in my opinion, there would be a high profit also for the "Marvelos Designer" Company

I have to say, this post has influenced my decision about purchasing the small business license. Because I would use a third party vendor ( Second Life Marketplace ) I would have to purchase the small business license anyway, however I was alarmed when all the items in the sales area here were free and more so now.

I would have to have two installs - one on the desktop and one on the laptop for field work, and needing two licenses would be just absurd. At 1400 I dont find the software competative by any means, and I certainly dont have the capital to invest in two licenses when I can go to an alternate profuct like zbrush which, as manual as it may be, does clothing just fine (and at now half the cost).

I was unaware that the marketplace was non - functioning, and that means to me the vendor is actually selling a product based directly on lies. When I check the licenses it tells me, a consumer, that i can sell 2D and 3D assets on their marketplace starting from DAY ONE. Had I purchased the personal license I would be attempting to get it funded right now/

At this point, I regret starting my free trial until the product was more mature, as currently this is not what I expect from a company.
