Hi. 

Since downloading Marvelous Designer for the trial license i have yet to be able to use the program. Meanwhile my trial period is also elapsing.  

This is the error report log from the program crash and a screen shot. Not sure if it is at all helpful but i have no idea what the program is with the program.

Hi,

We are sorry for this inconvenience and thanks for reporting this issue.
It seems that you installed the software not in the actual space. We´d suspect that the path where you saved the file would be causing the problem because it may be the at the external space mounted or could be some type of a virtual image file location. So, please read the manual as below. You can delete and re-install the program.

The installer file doesnt give an option to install MarvelousDesigner2 to the disk.  I tried moving it to the applications folder manually but that failed. I will look into the link to see if that works.

Hi, 

We are sorry for this problem. 

They say it´s a type of bugs for Mac version, so they´ll try to release the fixed version in upcoming beta.  

Can you inform us how many times you´ve had this same bug so far?

Everytime. I´ve attempted to install/use the program. I have yet to have the program open for more than a few minutes.

Thank you for the answer.

After discussing with R&D team regarding this issue, we may have to look into this problem and try to fix it. As I mention above, we´d be able to release it with the next beta version.

Also we´ll definetely extend your trial license for a month after fixing this issue so then you can try MD fully.

Thank you. I´ll just uninstall it for now.  MD2 looks like an amazing program. Hope all the bugs get worked out.  


FYI is this simply a Mac issue or does this occur with windows OS as well?

Im having the same problem, i can´t use anything. the program opens and all these errors and invalid paths pop up... should i uninstall as well??

FYI is this simply a Mac issue or does this occur with windows OS as well?

I´m not sure if new users are aware or not, but the Mac version is a beta version. This is a first release.
