Forum Topic: Excess of Maximum Users Error

Hi guys!  I think I may have caused this issue my self.  (I´m such a baaaad kitty ;))  When I opened MD2 today, it advised of the new update to version 3.32 so I downloaded and installed the new version.  During the install, I went to click on the button that says "show details".  When I clicked on it, I think I ended part of the update and that is when my issues started.  I did not think the entire update was installed so I ran the installer again.  Everything seemed to run smooth until I tried to open up the program.  I then received the "Excess of Maximum Users Error"  and can not open the application. I completly uninstalled the app and tried with a fresh install and keep getting the same error message.   Could someone please take a peek and see if they can work some magic so I can open up my application once again?  Thank you so much and I apologize for the double install which might be the cause of my issue. boo  ;(

Not a few users have reported this issue during last weekend.

We´ll try to fix this error and release the new version today.

Thank you!  No worries, it was fine and I used the time to get all my Christmas Decorations up. hehe :)  So it´s all good!  I assume I should just download the new update 3.33 and hopefully that will take care of the issue?  Thanks so much for your help. Yea! :)

Hi me again :)  I downloaded version 3.33 and installed.  Still got the Excess of Maximum users error.  I uninstalled the entire program and reinstalled the last version that worked for me which was 3.22.  When I opened 3.22 it advised of the new update 3.33 and I downloaded the new version and installed.  When I went to open the newest version, I am still getting the Excess of Maximum Users Error. :(


Is there something that I am doing incorrectly?  I have not had these issues with any of the previous updates?  I have no other versions of MD2 installed on my computer?  I would appreciate if someone could take a peek to see if I need to be reset or something?  When I open the app, I just get the activation pop up and I enter my username and password.  When I hit enter, I receive the Excess of Maximum Users Error again and am not allowed to access the application.  Thanks in advance for all your help. :)  Sorry to be such a problem child. hehe ;)

It isn´t a bug for the version 3.33 but the server issue.

We just reset your account, Kachinadoll. (They say that some of old users have this same issue.)

They say that your error has been fixed. Please try it again. Thank you..
