Hi,

For the first time I´m unable to update to the latest version offline.  In the past I have just been able to install over the previous version and everything is ok.

With version 3.58 I get the message "Updating license" which stays at 50%.   I have lost the animation plug-in.

Worse still,  when I restored back to the previous version I get the same message "Updating license".  Really need a quick fix as for the first time I´m in the middle of a commission using MD - should have waited I know!

It usually disappears after I load a project (not always) but at least I can use the animation plug in.  I´m right in the middle of an important animation project and I really don´t want to risk my work flow stopping.

Will it help if I do an uninstall first then upgrade?  As I said before, in the past all I have had to do was just run the update and it installed over the old version and everything worked fine.  No need to update license or no loss of animation plugin.

It´s the first problem I´ve had upgrading.

I will try again in the meantime.

Are you still struggling with this issue? If so, please uninstall and reinstall the software. It won´t make you lose the file once reinstalled.
