I have my folder of textures. And I understand the windows explorer.

What I don't know is how to keep the window open for the Marvelous when I am in the window for textures and vise versa. When I click on textures, Marvelous disappears; and when I click on Marvelous, textures disappears.

How do I keep them floating or stationary?

Thanks

I'd like to know the answer to this too.

The only way I can see to apply a texture is to open Pattern/Texture/Create Texture and apply one texture at a time. How do you get the drag and drop dialogue box to come up?

Just open the Window File explorer. you can drag and drop image file from the explore into MD. see my post on http://www.marvelousdesigner.com/forum/show-off-and-learn/10/tutorial-video-quick-start

my guess is you need to restore down your folder window and drag in the corner to shrink it up so you can see both at the same time, it sounds like yours is set to Maximize.

look on the upper top right when you open a folder

You can insert texture images into MD by changing the setting of Window vista or 7.

1. Enter "Control Panel"

2. Click "User Accounts and Family Safety".

3. Click "User Accounts".

4. And click "Change User Account Control settings"

5. Down the scroll bar to bottom, "Never notify".

6. And then, restart the computer.

7. Then open a folder with texture images, drag and drop into MD. :)
