EVENT RECAP: SIGGRAPH Asia 2024 in Tokyo

This year, Siggraph Asia has been a fulfilling experience, a precious time to connect

with developers, students, researchers, and our belated Marvelous Designer users.

Thank you once again for visiting our booth and sharing your valuable experiences with us!

Here is a quick recap of the event in Tokyo. 

At this Siggraph, we wanted to support and cater to everyone who wanted to get to know the marvelous designer,

whether they had known us before or not.

So, our in-house designers held a talk session at the booth covering Japanese garment making

and introducing new features in both English and Japanese. 

Marvelous Designer is best known not only for the realistic simulation but also for the low learning curve. 

At one side of the station, we had a game booth for the 'Tying Knot Challenge'. 

Allow every participant to experience how easy it is for them to create the garment.

And the winner who tied the knot the fastest had made less than 40 seconds. Nailed it! 

Additionally, we had a very special demo station for the participants.

We offered personalized demo stations with three of our Marvelous Designers' in-house designers in three different languages,

Japanese, Chinese and Korean, for any participant to ask questions freely.

We hope you have a chance to connect with our most insightful designers for any questions you may have about Marvelous Designer! 

Even if you did not have a chance to stop by but need help with the design, that's okay.

In 2025 we will have the Marvelous Designer forum back with us!

This will help connect you with not only our in-house designers but also with the strong community of Marvelous Designer users. Stay tuned for more.

Out of all the great moments, the most memorable ones are when people come up and say 'I've been using Marvelous Designer and it has been making my life much easier.' It was always a pleasure to reconnect with our belated users and listen to their great experiences.

This is definitely what makes our team thrive. We, the Marvelous Designer team, will continue to value your insights and be part of your design journey.
