Personal ID Guideline
Personal ID: A Personal ID is an account for all personal license users. Personal ID can only purchase personal licenses.
How to use My AccountPage
Dashboard
In the Dashboard section, you can view the general information of your account, as well as the licenses you possess at the moment.
Account
In the Account section, you can review and manage your profile details. In addition to modifying your Name, Occupation, and Billing Address, you can access the following features:
My Coupon: View your available coupons or enter a coupon code to redeem rewards.
Preferred Language: Set your preferred language for the marketing communications. Marketing emails will be sent in the language corresponding to this setting.
Password Management: Change or reset your CLO-SET Password and Marvelous Designer License Password independently.
Newsletter Subscription: Toggle your subscription to receive product updates, events, and special offers directly in your inbox.
AI Studio Plug-In: Manage access to integrated AI features within Marvelous Designer.
Account Deletion: If you no longer require access, you can permanently delete your account from this section.
License
On the License section, you can check the Name of the product you have/ Expiry date of it/ Different versions of installers on Windows and Mac OS, Cancellation.
In the License section, you can manage your active subscriptions and payment details:
Check Subscription Status: Monitor your current product name, plan type, and your current Active status.
Manage Payment & Next Payment Date: View and update your Payment Method and credit card information, and check the scheduled date for your Next Payment.
Cancel or Pause Subscription: You have the option to Cancel Subscription or manage the continuation of your current subscription directly from this dashboard.
Order History & Invoice Download: Access your Order History to review past transactions, including the order date, product name, and total charge, and access your Invoice for each billing cycle.
