I purchased a license, but it's not showing up.
If you have completed your purchase but the license is not visible in your account, it is likely due to a temporary processing delay, particularly with certain payment methods.
In rare cases, license issuance may be delayed when paying via PayPal. This is typically caused by a communication lag between servers (PayPal and our system).
Average Wait Time: Most licenses are issued within a few minutes to an hour.
